Snowmobile trip to the Siberian taiga forest in Pasvik. Cultural and historical guided tour. We visit a settlers farm from 1854.

KI02 King Crab Safari by Snowmobile
Join us taking the king crabs from the pots. While the crabs are being cooked we drive by snowmobile on the Langfjord towards the Siberian taiga forest in Pasvik. Cultural and historical guided tour. After the trip we visit our Sami tent and serve fresh king crabs and a glass of white wine.

KI08 King Crab Safari - Hunting the Northern Lights by Snowmobile
Join us taking the king crabs from the pots. While the crabs are being cooked, we start hunting the Northern Lights by snowmobile, in the Siberian Taiga forest in the Pasvik Valley. After the trip we visit our Sami tent and serve fresh king crabs and a glass of white wine. Coffee and tea.

KI04 The Northern Lights Snowmobile Safari
Snowmobile trip to the Siberian taiga forest near Pasvik. We visit an old Norwegian farm dating from 1854. Cultural and historical guided tour. We drink tea / coffee and eat dried reindeer meat.

KI05 Snowmobile-Expedition along the norwegian-russian border
Cultural and historical guided tour. We visit an old Norwegian farm from 1854, bear’s lair and Øvere Pasvik National Park Center. Light lunch, tea / coffee and dried reindeer meat.

KI06 Snowmobile-Expedition to the Barents Sea
Guided snowmobile trip over the high mountains to Grense Jakobselv and the Barents Sea. We pass by Norwegian and Russian border guard towers / border station and pay a visit to King Oscars II’s Chapel. Light lunch, tea / coffee and dried reindeer meat.

KI07 Snowmobile-Expedition to Finland
Guided snowmobile safari over the high mountains to Neiden and Finland. We pay a visit to St. Georg’s Chapel (Norway’s smallest Russian orthodox chapel) and Skoltefossen waterfall. We eat lunch at Neiden Mountain Inn and then pay a visit across the Finnish border to Nätämä to do some shopping before we return.

Daily tours, from the 1st of December to the 15th of April, and as long the weather permits.

Note!
All tours include local guide, transportation, fuel, insurance, warm winteroutfit, crash helmets, boots, gloves, hot coffee and a reindeer snack. Additionalmeals, not mentioned in this programme, can be ordered upon request. 1 to 2 persons per snowmobile. Driving licence for a car or motorcycle is required. Childrenunder the age of 15 can only be passengers. Driving under influence of alcohol prohibited. Alternative programmes and times of departure upon request.
